  • What's Included?
    Our exceptional services use a cleaning approach we can apply to any room, including your: Kitchen: As the hub of your home, your kitchen deserves the most special treatment. We’ll start by wiping all small appliances and countertops and clean your microwave’s interior. Then, we’ll move on to the stovetop, drip pans, and hood. After wiping down the rest of your appliances, chairs, tables, and cabinets, we’ll vacuum and mop your floors. Laundry room: Our residential housekeepers will clean all surfaces in this room, from wiping the washer and dryer to mopping the floor. Living room: You deserve to relax in a clean, comfortable living room. That’s why we’ll take the time to dust and clean every corner of this room, paying close attention to detail. We’ll also vacuum your floor and furniture, including under the cushions. Dining room: We’ll dust and wipe all of the furniture in your dining room. Our professional housecleaners will finish off this room by vacuuming. Bedrooms: In order to ensure that you have the best night’s sleep, we’ll dust baseboards, window sills, and every other surface in your bedroom. We’ll even clean mirrors, hanging frames, and vacuum to finish.We can also replace bed linens upon request. Bathrooms: As one of the most important rooms in the house, it’s critical that your bathroom is as sanitary as possible. In addition to clearing these rooms of dust and cobwebs, we’ll also wipe clean your tub, mirrors, faucets, basins, countertops, and surrounding areas. Our team of experts will take the time to clean the interior and exterior of your shower and your toilet before vacuuming and mopping the floor. Additional rooms: We’re happy to incorporate other rooms into your cleaning plan.   • Before & After Your Cleaning
    How to prepare for your upcoming housecleaning: Before your team arrives for your scheduled cleaning, please remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces – this includes clothing, kids’ toys, and dishes in the kitchen sink. Find a good spot for your pets so they’re safe and secure while we clean. Put out clean sheets on each bed if we’ll be changing your linens. If payment has not already been arranged, leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter. While it’s important to declutter your home before we arrive, there’s no need to spend any time cleaning. You wouldn’t wash your car before taking it to a car wash, would you? Cleaning homes is what we do, after all. Leave the work to us. What to expect before the clean Before our cleaning team arrives, we’ll review the details of your cleaning plan. Most customers are either at work or busy with other plans when we clean, so it's quite common for them to provide us with their garage code or a spare key. We cross-reference all house keys for added security, but if you don't feel comfortable leaving us with a key or garage door code, please make sure someone is home during your scheduled cleaning time. If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, simply give us a call. We appreciate a 72-hour notice, but understand that some situations are unavoidable. When shorter notice is given, however, we may charge a small fee. What to expect during the clean We only hire caring workers who have the right to work in the United States. All of our professional housecleaners are required to undergo a comprehensive background check before joining our team and receiving extensive training in the method of cleaning. If you’re home when our cleaning professionals arrive, that’s great. Our team will happily work around you, allowing you to carry out your normal activities. If you’re not home, our team will dust, vacuum, and scrub while you're out going about your day.
  • What time will my cleaner arrive?
    Please double check your confirmation. If scheduled for the morning, the ETA is anytime between 8am to 11am. If scheduled for the afternoon the ETA is anytime bewteen 12pm to 3pm. If scheduled for anytime, the ETA is anytime between our normal business hours of 8am and 6pm.
  • Do you bring your own cleaning products, supplies and equipment?
    Yes! We bring all of this to your home. Please make a request if you have preferences on this.
  • Can I ask the cleaners to use a specific product?
    Yes you may put in a reuqest with proper notice so that we are prepared for using a different product. Usually the client will supply the desired product.
  • What if I am not happy with the cleaning performed?
    Unfortunately no matter what steps we take to prevent this, from time to time a cleaner may miss something. From time to time a cleaner may miss something. If this happens please call or email us as soon as possible. If you give us the opportunity we will come back to reclean. If you prefer we do not return, reasonable compensation will be adjusted on your invoice.
  • Do you have a business license?
